Doctor Of Philosophy (PhD) In Business Administration
The 180 ECTS DBA in Business Administration program equips business students, managers, practitioners, and leaders with advanced knowledge, research capabilities, and analytical skills to address complex organizational challenges. Unlike other advanced programs, this DBA emphasizes the application of theoretical concepts to practical business issues, fostering transformative learning and enhanced research proficiency. Participants develop the ability to view business scenarios from innovative perspectives and apply research methodologies to devise solutions that promote organizational growth, efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
This flexible and rigorous program is delivered entirely online, allowing students to progress at their own pace. Depending on their chosen pathway—Coursework or Research—students typically complete the program within three years. However, research-focused candidates may achieve their qualification in less than three years.
The DBA program emphasizes applied research, enabling participants to implement their learning directly into their organizational contexts. The curriculum is designed to develop critical skills, including research proficiency, analytical thinking, effective communication, presentation techniques, and leadership in change management.
After completing the program, students will have the ability to:
