  • Understand the applications of epidemiology in health and social care, including surveillance of disease, identification of risk factors, and evaluation of interventions.
  • Understand descriptive statistics, including central tendency and variability measures.
  • Understand the applications of statistics in health and social care, including data analysis, sample size calculation, and power calculation.
